The infamous Dillon Francis doesn’t need an introduction because seeing his name is a grand intro in itself. He’s taken over the world of music with his signature moombahton flare and ability to create the most club-worthy tracks for endless booty-shaking bliss. Fresh off the release of part one of his EP series, Magic Is Real, Francis delivers this high paced, slamming club remix of Saweetie’s “My Type.” Picking up the pace and adding snares and melodies of walloping proportions, this remix will have everyone hopping. Francis’ music is playful in a way that screams his name. If you didn’t know his sound before, this remix is a pretty good example of how rowdy it can get. Whistle and shake to the track below.
Dillon Francis’ ability as a producer electrically matches Saweetie’s crisp vocals. Her career is well on its way to being on top, with over 100 million streams over six months. She’s earned praise from Billboard, The FADER, and more with her nineties rhyme aesthetic. And Francis couldn’t keep his masterful hands off the piece, remixing it with intensity.
He’s certainly been busy this year curating his label, IDGAFOS, working on his EP series, and dropping the music video for “Still Not Butter.” His personality is bombastic and that is replicated amazingly into his music. Truly light-hearted and an all-around party, don’t miss him at this year’s Decadence AZ. He’ll be bringing those lively club beats to Rawhide and playing alongside No Redemption (Tchami and Malaa), Skrillex, GRiZTRONICS, and so much more! Grab tickets here.
