Skip the festival day rush by visiting us at our off-site location in Central Phoenix:
- Location: 3200 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ
- Dates: Sunday, December 28 & Monday, December 29
- Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Services Available
The Early Box Office is your one-stop shop for getting entry-ready before the gates open:
- Will Call Pick-up: Grab your wristbands early so you’re ready to go.
- Wristband Support: If your band was lost, stolen, or damaged, we can issue a replacement on-site.
Important Reminders
- Bring Your ID: A valid photo ID is required for all Will Call pick-ups and replacements.
- Replacement Fee: There is a $30 fee for any wristband replacements (lost, stolen, or damaged).
